Atlantic at Parkridge Apartments

I am in the process of my wrapping up my fourth month here at Parkridge and my son and I love it! Spacious apartments. Wonderful amenities and a welcoming and lovely staff. You can tell that the staff here love their jobs and care about the community. This includes the grounds and maintenance staff. I have no plans of going elsewhere! We are very comfortable here

I haven't lived in an apartment in over 12 years. and wasn't looking forward to moving in. I have been pleasantly surprised since my first interaction with the office team. They answered my many calls with different questions, and they were so gracious with their assistance. The amenities are amazing, the community is clean, safe and friendly. I love my new apartment and I'm so happy that I chose Atlantic at Parkridge!

We just moved into one of the 2 bedroom units about a week ago, but so far things have been great. Very well maintained property with great amenities (beautiful pool & grounds, 3-room fitness center with decent equipment, pet friendly, etc). The property feels isolated (I mean this in a good way) as there's only 1 way in/out and it's mostly surrounded by trees, but there is just about any type of store and restaurant you can think of within a 5-10 minute drive. The apartment itself is spacious, has plenty of closet/cabinet space, and most importantly for us, it's been quiet. We haven't heard anything from our neighbors while we're inside and we rarely hear any noise at all from outside. However we are on the top floor so i can't speak for any units with upstairs neighbors. It also appears to be a very safe environment. I've seen some (mostly old) reviews that mentioned there is a lot of crime here, but in the week we've lived here we've already seen 3 or 4 different police cars that appear to belong to fellow residents. It's my understanding that one of these officers actually works and lives on the property as a courtesy officer too. Additionally, everyone we've met in the complex so far has been very very friendly. I really can't imagine that crime is an issue here recently, if it ever was. I haven't met all of the leasing staff yet, but Erin has been assisting us all the way from our initial tour through signing the lease/moving in and beyond. She's been very kind, responsive and helpful! For example, we had an issue with the oven our first day and within an hour of calling the office, Erin & the maintenance team had it taken care of. All in all, Atlantic @ Parkridge seems immeasurably better than the 3 previous complexes we rented from. The only downside I can think to mention is that there are no elevators and we're on the 4th floor. This definitely made unloading our U-Haul a lot more challenging, but beyond that it's really not an issue. Of course it is a bit pricey, but you're getting what you pay for here.

I recently moved to Atlantic At Parkridge and have had an exceptional experience. The staff is attentive and supportive, making the transition seamless. The neighbors are friendly and foster a sense of community. The amenities are amazing, including a well-equipped fitness center, with a beautiful outdoor lounge and pool area. The apartments are well-maintained with high-quality appliances/fixtures. I highly recommend Atlantic At Parkridge for a top-notch living experience in Columbia SC.

This is a great apartment complex! Everyone in the office is very friendly & helpful. The maintenance team is great. Apartments are kept clean & in great shape. The pool and fitness workout areas are amazing! My dog loves the dog park. They have a new outdoor dog wash station that is covered with an extra large tub for larger dogs. We have been very pleased with everything here. There is a coffee bar with hot chocolate in the clubhouse area with a nice outside seating area over looking the pool. Dog treats in the office. Nice place to live and the other residents are friendly & speak to you.
